AquaStretch™ is an aquatic myofascial release technique performed in warm, shallow water. It is designed to release fascial adhesions—areas where connective tissue has become restricted—which can limit flexibility, reduce mobility, and contribute to pain.

Standard Coaching Sessions
Online: $100*/session — In your initial session we review your intake form together and identify your goals, charting a path forward. Each session thereafter will be tailored to meet those goals.
In Person: $150*/session — In your initial session we review your intake form together and identify your goals, charting a path forward. Each session thereafter will be tailored to meet those goals.
